WHAT IS A RETAINER?
The FAACES social media marketing retainer is an agreement between Palmyra Pilates and a FAACES wherein the agency provides ongoing social media marketing services for a fixed monthly fee as per the agreement length. Instead of billing for individual projects or campaigns at an increased price for one task, the client benefits by paying a set amount each month to retain a range of services from agency on an ongoing basis.
While deliverables under a social media marketing retainer are typically outlined in an agreement, changes to branding requested by the client, schedule, unforeseen circumstances and new opportunities can indeed impact the agreed deliverables. Each change in branding may require adjustments to content, graphics, messaging, and advertising campaigns, potentially affecting the scope of work initially agreed upon. This can lead to variations in deliverables as FAACES adapts to accommodate the evolving brand identity. This is vital in helping help Palmyra Pilates overcome challenges, capitalise on opportunities, and achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively.

Content Production: Produce an array of content which sets a precedent for the brand, in alignment with the strategy. FAACES direct, film and produce all the content from start to finish, in addition to assisting with identifying key individuals to attend content days each month when possible.
