Our vision is centred on transforming your digital footprint to forge a more compelling, contemporary, and engaging story. We understand you currently have an older demographic who are accustomed to Miky’s Italian, but are now looking to cultivate a younger, more engaged and diverse demographic.  

How will this be achieved?

To attract the desired demographic to the restaurant, the FAACES team will implement a strategic plan focused on rebranding and modernising the restaurant's image whilst showcasing the excellent food on offer.

Firstly, we will conduct market research to understand the preferences and behaviours of our chosen demographic. With this insight, we will develop a targeted marketing campaign emphasising the restaurant's unique selling points, such as its delicious menu items and attentive service. Utilising digital marketing channels such as Instagram and Meta Ads, FAACES can create engaging content tailored to the interests of younger consumers, showcasing the restaurant's culinary creations and inviting ambience. Additionally, we can organise special events or promotions geared towards our target market, such as themed nights, happy hours, or exclusive tasting menus. Collaborating with local influencers or food bloggers that align with the restaurant can help generate buzz and attract attention from a wider audience. By combining rebranding efforts, digital marketing strategies, and targeted events, we can effectively attract a new younger audience to the restaurant in Nedlands, driving foot traffic and increasing its visibility within the community.

THE ROLLOUT PLAN

Month One

Step One / Consultancy & Strategy: The team will provide specialised knowledge, objective perspective, strategic planning, cost-effectiveness, flexibility, and capacity building. This will be vital to help Miky’s Italian overcome challenges, capitalise on opportunities, and achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively.

Ideation, creative direction, strategising and research will form the foundations of the brand and in-turn the initial shoot.

Step Two/ Content Production: Produce an array of content which will begin setting a precedent for the brand, in alignment with the strategy. FAACES will direct, film and produce all the content from start to finish, in addition to assisting with identifying key individuals to attend content days each month. Below is the two style of content we will capture each month.

Hi-fi Content

This style of content is captured during content days once a month which brings a level of sophistication and professionalism to your brand image. It's polished, visually stunning, and meticulously crafted to showcase the premium quality of your products or services. Hi-fi content is particularly effective for highlighting key features, launching new products, or positioning your brand as a leader in the industry. It elevates your brand perception and captivates your audience with stunning visuals and immersive storytelling.

Lo-fi Content  

Lo-fi content will be captured each week. Its raw, relatable and authentic approach, allows us to connect with our audience on a more personal level. This style of content humanises your brand and cultivates genuine connections with your followers through behind-the-scenes moments, projects, and candid interactions.

User Generated Content  

User-Generated Content refers to any content, such as images, videos, reviews, testimonials, blog posts, social media posts, etc, created and shared by users or consumers rather than by your brand. The importance of UGC lies in its authenticity and credibility. Because it comes directly from consumers, it tends to be more genuine, relatable, and trustworthy than branded content. Users are more likely to trust recommendations and opinions from their peers or fellow consumers, making UGC a powerful tool for brands to leverage in their marketing efforts.

Step Three / Post Production: FAACES team will undergo the Initial post production in alignment with the strategy to set the foundation of the brand moving forward. This is final stage of refining and enhancing content before it's ready for distribution onto social media to ensure it effectively communicates the intended message, captivates the audience, and achieves the desired marketing objectives for your community. The post production will dictate the ability to execute high quality brand assets such as graphics, stories. etc.

Step Four / Social Media Management: Utilise the edited content to form a planned posting strategy, scheduling, and monitoring content across social media platforms to engage with your audience, build brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals. It includes tasks such as sorting/distributing content, community engagement, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and staying informed about platform trends and changes. Ultimately, it's about maintaining a consistent and effective presence on social media to enhance your brand's online presence and drive business growth.

Month Two

Step Five/ Activation (Option): This step plays a vital role in brand marketing by creating immersive experiences that engage consumers, increase brand awareness, drive positive brand perception, and ultimately, contribute to business success. Following the solidification of the brand, the next step is to set up the initial activation which will create a buzz in the city and present the restaurant in a great light via socials and press. Guests invited will be a blend of select existing and new clientele. FAACES will produce brand assets and content to share with news social outlets to provide a PR push.

Step Six/ PR (Option): An essential initiative for Miky’s Italian as it helps build trust and credibility, increase visibility and awareness, manage reputation, enhance community engagement, differentiate from competitors, and drive business growth. FAACES will liaise with key online news platforms to provide them a Miky’s Italian brand package consisting of brand assets and copywriting. This will ensure greater reach whilst showcasing brand in the best light.

Incorporating a blend of film, smartphone, and digital photography ensures a fresh and modern aesthetic. By employing clever art direction, we keep the visuals captivating, youthful and quality. To enrich the visual experience, we disperse graphic rest images and/or imagery that signifies the brand - offering a chance to educate the audience, blending the resturant with knowledge, seamlessly and digestibly.
